ORDERING PROCESS

What are the steps?
:

Step 1:
Fill in the order form at the bottom of the post. (PLEASE STATE YOUR DETAILS CLEARLY, ESPECIALLY YOUR E-MAIL!!!)
Step 2:
Wait for our confirmed-order invoice which will be sent to the e-mail you gave us in the next 36 hours. (If you do not receive our mail within the next 36 hours, please e-mail us again @ vaincode1@gmail.com)
Step 3:
Once you have received our confirmed-order invoice, your item will be reserved for the next 24 hours! Please make payment within 24 hours. Failure to do so/back out/dead buyer will be blacklisted immediately.
Step 4:
Once you've made payment, please fill in the details needed as listed in the invoice. (ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAR DETAILS TO PREVENT ANY MISHAPS TO HAPPEN.)
Step 5:
After confirming your payment, we will mail out your parcel on a day as stated in the invoice.

What kind of payment methods does VainCode accepts?
: We only accept ATM transfer & i-banking payment modes at the moment.



DELIVERY

What is registered and normal postage?
: Registered postage means to have your item delivered to your house (the doorstep) with an additional fee of $2.55. The best thing about registered postage is that, it has a tracking number for each parcel, thus giving buyers a greater sense of security.

Normal postage means to have your item delivered to your mailbox, just like any other regular letter, with an additional fee of $1. Buyers will have to take note that VainCode will not bear any responsibility on any lost mail. So buyers will have to bear the risk themselves!

So, registered, or normal postage?
: We've not come across any lost mail before. But still, registered postage is highly + highly + highly recommended because it's better to be safe than sorry!

How does my item(s) get mailed to me?
: VainCode mails all items via Singpost. You can choose to use between normal or registered postage to have your items mailed.

: Sorry, we do not tolerate negotiations.
